Fergie is an impossibly sweet little lady with the brightest eyes who has done so well in her foster home after coming to us after severe neglect. We think she is approximately 10 years old and at only 12 pounds she has a lot of life and love yet to give. She is being treated for heartworms and is on medication for a heart murmur.
Her favorite things are a) snuggling in laps, b) chewing on an antler 'bone', c) taking a ride with you in the car, d) towel time after a bath, e) getting hugs.
She does great in new places around lots of people and other dogs-- at adoption events her tail wags and she wants to say hello to everyone.
Fergie is very patient with kids, seldom barks, crate-trained, has great bathroom habits, and ignores cats. No shedding either! Her eyes are so big, brown, and earnest-- do you have room in your heart and home?
