Asphalt is coming to us via the swamps of LA. We are helping in flood relief efforts by taking some of the dogs that have overloaded Villalobos Rescue Center. Asphalt is heartworm positive and we will begin treatment shortly. We will do a foster to adopt for him during treatment Stay tuned for updates on this cutie as he settles in to his foster home!!
