Hey! My name is River and I am a cuddle bug and a snuggle monster. I am not as energetic as my siblings, but I’m still growing! I like to lay down and watch them play from my foster mommy’s lap. I love a yummy bone and tug of war with my siblings! My foster dog brother is bigger than me, but I like playing with him! River would do great in a home where he can play and snuggle his foster family! He is still a baby so his personality will more than likely become more active. River is tiny now, but when he is grown, he may knock a tiny human down with his cattle dog herding tendencies.
