“Phoebe is the sweetest cuddle bug who loves to play and get pets. She is very new to humans and is working through some anxiety, but she has bonded with her foster mom and dad and loves being around them! Phoebe is attentive and curious and has already learned some new tricks. She likes to watch what goes on outside the window, but she isn’t sure how she feels about being outside just yet.
