Hey! My name is Salem and I am so excited to tell you a little bit about myself. I came to Pawfect Match all by myself, not much is known about my parents or siblings but my vet said I am in good health that I'll probably be about 50lbs. I've been staying with my foster parents and their three dogs and BOY DO I LOVE THEM. They are much bigger than me but I give all of those boys a run for their money. I'm very very very active (as most puppies are) and I would love to find a family that is as active, maybe even one with another dog? Initially I didn't like being crated- I would cry and cry and try to get my human to let me out. But my human worked with me and now I know that my crated area is a safe space where I can sleep and relax. I am sleeping through the night and do a good job using puppy pads. I am still learning that rugs and puppy pads are two different things but I am a quick learner so I will get better in no time. I am VERY interested in EVERYTHING and love to follow my foster parents around everywhere. One time I almost tripped my foster dad because I like to stand right under his feet when he walks. I will make a great pup as long as I find someone dedicated to spending the time to train me right and redirect all of my energy. Do you think you could be my Pawfect Match?
