Hi nice person! My name is Surge. I’m a fun and happy little guy. I’m working hard on house training. I get along very well with the big dogs in my foster home. I love to run and play outside. And I love to snuggle and take long naps. My foster mom is always bragging about my soft coat, and she tells me I’m good natured, smart, cuddly, and quite handsome. I would love to meet you, and show you how we can love one another for a lifetime!
