Esmerelda is a beautiful, sweet, and funny dog. She is shy and it takes her a while to warm up to someone, but then she will follow you everywhere. She makes you feel like the most important person. She likes snuggling beside you on the couch. She gets along with other dogs and children. She loves running around and exploring the fenced in yard. She is crate trained and does well being in it at night and for short periods of time during the day, when needed. She is potty trained and has found her "spot" in the yard. Esmerelda is a follower and likes to do what her foster sister, Annie (terrier/chihuahua mix), does. She does fine on a leash but has not been on lots of walks because of her fun time in our backyard. You will love her and she will love you!
