So far we know -

Hes funny. He decided he owned the place as soon as he walked in and has picked his favorite spot. He wags his butt with tiny extra shake from his tiny tail. He likes to make eye contact and looks right into your heart then - gives you head tilt. He likes his belly rubbed and has never met a strange. Hes doing well with the six house dogs that range from 8 pounds all the way to 88 pounds. In classic little dog style, he likes to be seen and will jump around and bark at the big dogs. He likes to be picked up and will be carried just about anywhere you want to take him. He did amazing in the bath, rides in the car well, and follows along on a leash.  He cannot go to a home with kids  he is too protective of his people and he will resource guard their lap  

Perry is not house or crate trained. We're starting to work on it now, but he does not seem highly interested in where he goes potty. This may take some extra time and effort. He HATES nail clips. We were not successful on our first or second try and it may require a professional. He lives to lick and kiss. If you're kind of family that loves that - this is the dog for you. If not, it could be a dealbreaker.

He really is fun. Hes interactive with the household, stays close to you, and is the wigglest of wiggles!
