Echo is a sweet and smart puppy! Her foster mom says she and her brother, Bernie, are the smartest puppies she has ever known, and that's alot because foster mom is a vet tech. Echo loves to play in the yard, play with her foster siblings, and lie in foster mommy's bed (and in her arms) as she coos and makes bab talk with them.
