Patchwork came to us via a breeder surrender.  She is very shy and skittish and was used soley to breed.  
Patchwork is not housebroken but she is pee pad trained.  We are working on taking her outside consistently but she insists on using her pads.
She stays in her foster's office in a cushy bed under his desk.  There is a crate in there and she will go in the crate but does NOT like to be confined in there and will let you know.  
She bonds quickly to her person but is very skittish of others.  A calm, quiet home with not alot of comings and goings will be best for her.
Patchwork does ok with other dogs when they are all on her level.  If she is on your lap whe will tend to protect her "lap" against other dogs wanting to share which is pretty normal for a smaller dog.
If you have the time, patience, and love for someone like Patchwork, she will be a great dog for you!
