Axel is a wonderful boy who loves to play and also take naps with his people. He gets along well with dogs and cats and loves his people. Axel is fully vetted and ready to go to his forever home. He is a smart boy who just wants to be loved. He loves running with his foster brothers and also loves a good nap. Axel is timid and shy when he first meets you but once he knows he can trust you, he is all in. He gives the sweetest most gentle kisses. His former family did not treat Axel with the love he deserves. He has anxiety related to his collar and we believe he was either jerked or a shock collar was used--neither of which is now or will every be acceptable in Pawfect Match's opinion. He will do anything for a treat. He will fetch and walks great on a leash. He enjoys car rides and hanging out on the porch( which we do a lot). He loves a bath and will sit there and let you clean his ears and wash and dry him off. We have recently learned that Axel loves kitties! If you are looking or a sweet boy that will greet you every moment then he is your boy. We will be glad to meet you !
