Phil found his way to Pawfect Match when he was picked up as a stray in eastern North Carolina. Phil is a beautiful sweet boy but typical little dog. His foster mom is currently working on his marking in the house. He loves his people and other dogs and is really playful. He is beautiful and doesn't act like he is is 8 years old which is what the shelter has said. He is ready for his forever home but will need a place where his people are patient and willing to work with him on his marking. He will be your best friend forever and he will bring more joy than you can imagine. He would love to have a doggy friend and the size doesn't matter. He loves all doggies.
