Evi and Paisley are a pair of poodles from a recent cruelty case in North Carolina. Evi is 3 years old and weighs 4 pounds and Paisley is 5 years old, weighing 7 pounds. Paisley and Evi must be adopted together, and their adoption fee was $700, but thanks to the generous sponsorship support of Tricia Lucas their adoption fee is NOW ONLY $475. This is to cover the medical work that had to go into these and other cruelty case dogs when they were first taken in. Paisley has had most of her teeth pulled and has suffered from years of ear infections, leaving her with scarring. Evi also has had her share of ear infections, but has only had to have minor dental work. Evi is very outgoing and the life of the party. She will dance around and howl at you until attention is given to her. Paisley, on the other hand, is extremely cautious with new people and will keep her distance, peeking in out of curiosity until she feels safe and sure of a newcomer. Paisley will most likely always be shy, but does eventually trust one or two close people, as long as they don't approach her too quickly. Because of Paisley's shyness, these two will do best in a quiet home with low-moderate energy level. Be sure to check out their homepage for lots of additional photos!!
