Penny is a 7 year old English Pointer. She is spayed, up to date on shots,
house and crate trained and micro-chipped. Penny loves to run around
but needs some work on leash training. She gets along very well with
other dogs (no cats) and does well with children.
We believe Penny was someone's hunting dog at some point and either
was abandoned in the woods or ran off one day. She is not much of a
'pointer' so she may have been discarded by her hunter owner.
Penny's perfect home would be a family with another dog (for occasional
playtime) and a fenced in yard for frolicking. She is very sweet and friendly
and would make a great family dog. She has incredible stamina and think
with some training she would be a great dog to run with!
