Jack was found as a stray wandering a neighborhood, terrified and so matted that his gender and breed weren't identifiable until he was groomed. He had a string around his neck, and he was not familiar with human touch or being indoors. Now that he has had a good bath, a shave down, an exam, attention, and a warm bed, he has blossomed into a wonderful, happy dog. He loves attention from humans and other dogs alike, and he looooves to play! While he is estimated to be an older dog (8ish years), he has not let that slow him down, and we think he would do well in a home with another playful dog, large or small.
