Felix is a wonderful boy who loves everyone and everything. He even knows how to smile and loves to have his belly rubbed. Felix is still in the shelter as we do not have any foster homes open and are despereatley trying to find a place for this sweetheart to go. If you are interested in fostering or adopting him, please let us know ASAP as he does not have much time.
