James is a very active, playful little guy. He needs a home without small children but will do well with a playful, interactive canine friend. James thinks he's in charge most of time even though he's only about 5 lbs. He has that typical little dog syndrome although he is very loving too. His whole body wiggles when he wags his little tail.
